We are currently seeking an experienced, commercial and hands-on Visual Merchandiser Manager to join our Smiggle Team looking after our Central London Region!!  

Reporting to the National VM Manager, you will lead and drive the implementation of the VM direction for the Smiggle brand in London. Your primary responsibility will see you manage and develop a cental London based Visual Merchandiser and be responsible for the consistent brand alignment of the VM principles and standards throughout 22 stores across London, ultimately improving the customer experience and maximising the sales and profit.

You will provide consistent coaching and training across a network of Store Managers, store based employees and Regional team to ensure the region has a cohesive understanding of the VM  direction, standards and how to deliver and maintain these. 

To be successful in this role you will need excellent communication and coaching skills, with a strong ability to prioritise and effectively manage your time. You'll be a commercial thinker, a talented negotiator and influencer with a proven track record in improving VM standards through coaching & training. You will have a strong background in multi-site retail operations and experience of developing a team.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Supporting Store teams with the set up of VM briefs

· Ensure Store teams are trained and coached to achieve desired merchandising standards

· Provide feedback to Store teams to ensure brand standards are achieved

· Report on store brief execution and standards

· Provide feedback to Regional Managers regarding housekeeping and/or relevant merchandising/stock issues

· Commercial analysis of product performance reports to maximise sales opportunities

· Regular travel to stores across London and Bluewater

. Develop VM team members through consistent coaching and feedback (including quarterly updates) to ensure consistency with the London region

You will have proven visual merchandising experience specialising on commercial analysis, possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and manage work priorities across multiple sites.
