Smiggle- where a smile meets a giggle- has established itself as the number one children stationary brand with over 130 stores across the UK and ROI. We now have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Co-Ordinator to join our Talent team.
Working with our Talent Managers this multifaceted role will have an emphasis on recruitment of Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers across the UK and Ireland.
As a Talent Co-ordinator you will:
- Advertise vacancies on company website and 3rd party job boards
- CV short-listing
- Talent searching
- Telephone screening
- Interview confirmation emails to candidates
- Track live vacancies for management reporting
- Applicant correspondence
- Onboarding new starters on to HR system
- Adhoc administration
To be considered for this role you will have a passion for recruitment, currently working in-house within retail or hospitality on high volume recruitment OR currently working in a retail recruitment agency. You will be highly organised with exceptional communication skills and meticulous with your approach to a constantly changing workload with an ability to prioritise and complete all tasks on a daily and weekly basis.

Hours: 24 per week- flexible however must be able to work Mondays
