About You

You’re a confident and inspiring leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You bring energy, creativity and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences every day.

You’ll also have:

• Proven retail management experience in a dynamic store environment
• A strong track record of achieving sales, wages, KPI and stock loss targets
• Experience in Visual Merchandising or working from VM briefs (advantageous)
• The ability to coach, develop and motivate a team
• A true love for fashion and an ambition to grow your career within The Just Group
