This is a full-time position that requires availability over weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Train and mentor team members to boost productivity
  • Manage stock levels to minimize loss and maximize sales
  • Execute visual merchandising and in-store promotions
  • Ensure a safe and fun store environment
  • Handle store opening, closing, and rostering duties

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Experience in coaching, developing, and providing constructive feedback to your team
  • Previous leadership experience in a customer facing role
  • A flair for creating unique customer experiences
  • A track record of achieving sales goals and managing wage costs and stock loss
  • Visual merchandising experience is a plus
