We are looking for a positive, confident and solutions driven Customer Service individual who is passionate about our brand and our fans, to join us in our Ecommerce team!

You will be responsible for overseeing all customer service operations; including our Customer Contact center, working alongside our online and retail teams to deliver exception brand experience and provide admin support to the Ecommerce team on all third party Marketplaces and Social Media accounts
