About the Role

We are looking for a vibrant and creative Junior Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our Smiggle team! You will help deliver the fortnightly VM brief across multiple countries and support global VM projects. Our current team structure is looking for someone to grow with the team and business and in time lead their own market or region. This role is Full-time, located at our Support Office on St Kilda Rd.

Responsibilities 

• Support in planning and production of fortnightly VM briefs 
• Manage department product samples and image library 
• Work closely with Retail teams to support in delivering VM communication and updates to stores 
• Build relationships across multiple departments to ensure each VM brief supports country specific goals
• Join sessions with the with Marketing and Design teams to workshop creative design of in store campaigns
• Communicate market feedback to the business with solutions to grow sales　
• Support in strategic merchandising projects 

Skills & Experience 

• Knowledge and demonstrated experience working with Adobe suite - In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator (preferred) and basic proficiency in Excel
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role or have a strong visual merchandising background within a high volume, fast paced retailer
• Ability to work at pace, prioritise your workload and communicate progress to deliver team deadlines
• Have great attention to detail & ability to utilise and analyse sales reports
• Have clear written communication skills and be a confident articulator
• Adaptability to change with a proactive approach that is solution based 
• Be creative and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
