About the Role

As Store Manager at Just Jeans Karrinyup, you'll lead a passionate team in the heart of denim. This is a full-time position, with availability required across weekends, late nights, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life

• Lead and inspire your team to meet sales targets and KPIs in a customer-first culture

• Deliver exceptional service and fit customers with their perfect denim

• Coach, train, and develop your team to build a strong, high-performing store

• Oversee stock, manage loss prevention, and maximise in-store profitability

• Keep your store looking fresh through engaging visual merchandising

• Manage team rosters efficiently to meet business needs

• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs

• A love for denim and fashion, with a sharp eye for customer needs

• Experience in stock management and visual merchandising
