Responsibilities

• Brief, test, approve, and monitor web and EDM activity in line with brand and online plans
• Brief creative and copy, implement and test web updates, and respond quickly to promotional changes
• Plan, create, write, schedule, and manage social media content, including trade and brand ads (Facebook Ads Manager)
• Support the development of social content plans and campaigns and write online product descriptions
• Build strong relationships with Web Development and Online Stores teams to improve overall web and email performance

Skills & Experience

• Qualification in marketing, digital marketing or a related field
• Experience in retail or eCommerce environments preferred
• Working knowledge of paid social platforms, particularly Facebook Ads Manager
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for brand tone
• Proven creative copywriting ability across digital channels
• Highly organised with the ability to manage priorities and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
