ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and passionate Supply Coordinator to join the Product & Sourcing team!
Reporting into the Supply Team Leader, this role will coordinate all aspects of production from data entry and administration of purchase orders to initial concept and development of product.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing a key link between the production department and supply chain
- Creating and maintaining product lines and purchase orders for Retail and Wholesale
- Liaising daily with offshore suppliers and factories to ensure deliveries are on time
- Ensure correct stock is delivered to the DC and store on time
- Resolve any issues relating to delivery schedules and shipping issues
- Supporting the Product team sample collection and freight
- Maintaining weekly delivery schedule
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in a Supply Coordinator or similar administration role within a buying/product team is preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and our suppliers
- Great attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to build great relationships with the external suppliers and senior stakeholders
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Strong time management and problem solving skills are essential
