About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Smiggle Marketing Team! Reporting to the Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for global campaign coordination, competition execution and fulfilment, in store eventing, PR support, asset management, general reporting and assisting the wider Smiggle Marketing team! This role is full time and based onsite at our Support Office located on St Kilda Road, Melbourne.
Responsibilities
- In conjunction with the Campaign Manager, plan and roll out global marketing campaign activity that supports new collection releases, license collaborations and a calendar of retail events, including campaign ideation, briefing in online and instore assets, approval of artwork and communication campaigns to the retail teams
- Assist the Marketing Team with managing Charity partnerships, activities, asset creation and reporting
- Support PR campaigns with product ordering, packing and mailouts
- Monitor and respond to customers and fans across the global marketing and customer service inboxes
- Execute and fulfil fan competitions across both retail and online
- Support retail stores with local area marketing activities and new store openings
- Weekly, monthly and seasonal reporting including competitor reports, brand surveys and research
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualified in a marketing-related field
- Ideally have previous experience gained from a similar role
- Passionate about the audience, brand and product range
- Be a team player and possess excellent customer service
- Be creatively minded and enjoy working within a fast-pace environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills including solid attention to detail
