What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the team – Own your store’s performance, guide your team, and bring the Smiggle magic to life every day.

  • Coach and inspire – Help your team develop their skills while growing your own.

  • Smash those targets – Drive sales and KPIs in a vibrant, customer-focused environment.

  • Make the store shine – Deliver eye-catching visual merchandising and fun promotional setups.

  • Keep things running smoothly – Manage rosters, stock, and service with confidence and support from your Area Manager.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience as a 2IC, Supervisor, or Key Holder in a retail environment.

  • Strong people skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Passion for customer service and team development.

  • A desire to grow into larger leadership roles within a fun, fast-paced business.
