About the Role
Are you ready to bring the fun to our feeds? We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join the Smiggle Marketing Team.
Reporting to the Campaign & Social Media Manager, you will drive our global social media strategy to boost our brand presence, engage our customers and grow a loyal online community. You will help deliver vibrant content that captures Smiggle’s playful identity. You will also stay on top of the latest trends, platform updates and performance insights to keep our global social presence fresh and exciting.
Responsibilities
- Team up with the Head of Marketing and the Campaign & Social Media Manager to shape and grow our global social media strategy
- Find fresh ways to use our social channels to build brand awareness, increase sales, and drive traffic to our websites and stores
- Plan and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Manage daily social media activities like posting, sharing, and replying
- Build social media ad campaigns that hit our specific brand goals
- Track our success by providing weekly and monthly reports on social media performance
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to create licensed social media campaigns, handling everything from concept ideas to copywriting and image selection
- Keep an eye on customer service across our social channels and marketing email inboxes
- Create engaging & innovative content that aligns with our global social media strategy
Skills & Experience
- You have proven social media experience, whether for a brand or your own successful channels
- A degree or qualification in a marketing related field is a great bonus
- Retail experience is helpful but not essential
- You genuinely love our products and care about what our customers want
- You are highly creative and thrive in a fast paced team setting
- You have excellent organisational and time management skills along with brilliant attention to detail
- You are comfortable using AI tools to help generate ideas & create content
