ABOUT THE ROLE

As Assistant Retail Store Manager of our Smiggle store in Blacktown you will work alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.

To excel in this role you will have a passion for our products and delighted by kids and parents alike. You will approach every day with an attitude of play!

This is a part time position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Represent Smiggle by providing exceptional customer service with honesty and integrity
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual, and store targets
• Cash handling, and processing sales
• Assist with stock management and processing
• Assist with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising
• Minimise stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Previous leadership experience, ideally in a retail environment
• Confidence providing praise and improvement feedback to your team
• Ability to provide an exceptional and unique customer experience
• Knowledge in loss prevention and health & safety
• Visual Merchandising experience advantageous
